Deep-fried パン粉 (panko) breaded ham. サクサク (sakusaku) crispy.

ハムカツ made with thick slices of ham (sometimes seasoned with mustard) and some Worcestershire sauce on top, is a tasty dish on its own, but it was considered a "poor man's dish" compared to トンカツ pork cutlet in the early 昭和 Showa days.
